BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY  

No cancellations or changes ar permitted within 24 hours of your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, I do request 48 hours notice.  If you are unable to provide the necessary notice, you are able to send someone else in your place.  

RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT  I understand that things happen especially during COVID affected times.  Rescheduling your appointment can be done by either contacting me on 0402 447 115 or by adjusting your appointment through your online booking and this will advise me you have re-scheduled. 

LATE ARRIVALS  Arriving late to your appointment may mean we have to shorten the length of your service, so as not to inconvenience our other clients. The full cost of your service will still apply.   

WEARING MAKE UP I do request that you arrive to your appointment with no eye make up on.  This will ensure that I have a longer time to focus on making your lashes and/or brows amazing.

NO SHOWS  No shows will not be re-booked.
