Hi, I’m Jess, owner of the Custom Beauty Lounge. I am a fully qualified lash and brow artist here in Springfield Lakes. My vision has always been to help women look and feel their absolute best, my motto is ‘be uniquely you,’ and my mission is to help you become the very best version of yourself. I spent a decade in the beauty industry in business development before opening my own salon in 2021 with a tiny budget and a big dream. Since then, I’ve been blown away by how quickly this little business of mine has taken off and I’ve been lucky enough to enjoy being booked out. 

I love my kids, my friends and family, a hot coffee, a cheeky wine or two, looking good and feeling even better. I love making a positive impact every day in the lives of women who want or need a confidence boost or just to be part of helping them maintain their greatest self. I feel so privileged that I get to spend every day with strong empowered women who leave their appointments feeling even sexier and more empowered.
